Although we keep advising our customers to perform the frequent PM and to maintain some critical spare parts in their inventory (to be ready for emergencies), instrument break down still happens as PM has never been performed, as well as spare parts unavailability at customer stock. Life never been ideal!

Here at Petro Tech, our team of well-trained factory service engineers provide short response times, and do their best to reduce this breakdown time to the least possible. As soon as we receive customer’s call, it will be redirected to the closest engineer who shall mobilize in immediate basis (if available) or within maximum 24-48 hours to start work on fixing and repairing the instrument. We make sure the instrument is back to service as soon as possible before our engineer leaves the customer laboratory.
