For each and every product out of our product’s range, we conduct technical training on the product itself. This includes theoretical sessions where the product’s fundamentals and technology is presented in addition to the practical and hands-on sessions where we come closer to the equipment and start demonstrating functionality of each component, instrument operation, and sample analysis. We also have a simulation to all challenges and troubles an operator might confront in daily routine practice followed by troubleshooting sessions that highlight the different possible basic service/application-related troubles an operator could face. Then we provide the ideal way of handling such troubles through a case study concept.

This type of training is more general where an instructor concentrates more on the technique itself rather on a specific product brand. Here, we begin with the basics of the technique and different technologies behind it. It is done through PowerPoint presentations and we display the different hardware parts and components illustrating its functionality. After completing the theoretical session we move to the laboratory for hands-on sessions where we focus on the live explanations of the technique. In this training, we concentrate not only on the technique but more on the international standard methods (ASTM, UOP, ISO, EN, DIN, etc.). We demonstrate and practice the significant parts of each method to familiarize lab technicians with these radical aspects, where they will be implementing in their laboratories making sure analysis is always done in full compliance with the standardizations.
